Lovely spot, 48 hour stay, very scenic, rainforest walk, easy walk into town. Make sure you call into the Cann River Hotel, very friendly service!

Caravan park temporarily free, but definitely worth at least a donation!Clean and stocked toilets, great pressure in cold showers, picnic tables, water taps everywhere and laundry sinks aswell.Wheelie bins overflowing so dont be lazy and take your rubbish to help the community like they've helped you out with a safe place to sleep.Walking distance to town centre

Stayed here on numerous occasions and have found it to be a beautiful spot, it's free camping with toilets area, it has a creek that runs down beside it other walking track at the back. Short stroll into town. A great spot to stop and rest if you're on your way to New South whale's.

Great free stopover with clean toilets and cold showers. Nice bush walk circuit to river bank as well as directly beside the camp. Caravan sites fill up quickly but lots of space for smaller vans and tents. Short walk into town spend some dollars to support the locals and thank the community.

Free camps, don’t come much better than this. Many thanks to the local community for providing such a lovely facility. Easy walk into town and not many trucks at night time. Don’t forget to spend a few dollars in the town to keep this place open.

Clean, green and free. Only cold water in showers and kitchen/ laundry area. Some noise from the road but not annoying. Other people staying there were very quiet and respectful of others. Bring your mozzie repellent.

Great campsite with good amenities considering it is free! Old caravan park. Drinking water connections, clean toilets, cold showers, dump point, bins, immaculate bbq, rotary clothes line lol, gravel access roads. Easy 5min walk across the bridge to pub via ramp, cafe, groceries etc. Also nice bushland walking track and access to river beach. With all the recent rain use caution at the back, front half is very solid. Some road noise, but road is higher than campsite.
