I bought five Delta 56 fans and unfortunately one had an issue a few hours after installation. I lodged a warranty claim online and it was attended to within an hour and the fan was fixed onsite within 24 hours. I can’t speak highly enough of the easy warranty process and the rapid fix. That’s true customer care! Not only that, the fans are awesome!

Bought six Delta fans and have been very happy with performance, however one showed an irrational behaviour - on and off. Contacted the supplier and sent the details requested and within days new fan arrived and installation occurred next day. Great support, resolution and follow up.
