I was lucky enough to engage Smartview to do the renovation of my house and I only have good things to say about the whole experience.They were professional, responsive and had great suggestions. The team was very efficient, hard working and tidy and you were always kept up to date with the progress throughout the project. It was a difficult building site with restricted access, we had drought, bushfires, floods and Covid to content with, and yet they delivered an outstanding quality result on time and on budget.All their recommendations provided excellent service and products - including architects, kitchen designers, garden designers, windows, doors and flooring providers. It all came together in the end and changed my house into my home.If the urge to renovate comes over me again, Smartview will definitely be my first port of call! Who knows - next time everything might not be in shades of black or dark grey ;-)

Smartview Building got the job done! We had some water damage following some recent rain and needed repairs done asap to avoid detrimental damage to our bearers and joists. and new timber flooring. I was concerned that the job would be too small, for builders. But Paul from Smartview Building assured me they would come and take a look to see if they could help. Paul arrived promptly as arranged and discussed how to repair the damage and take preventative measures to ensure the issue would not arise again. Paul took the time to discuss the options available to resolve the problem, the materials available and the time it would take. He provided a quote the following day and I accepted as it was a very reasonable quote and I had confidence that Smartview could complete the work as Paul was professional and easy to communicate with. The job ran smoothly and efficiently even with some rain as Paul took the time to erect a tarp to ensure the tiling could be completed as promised. Paul, Dan and the team at Smartview Building were sensational when we were looking to do renovations of our main bedroom and ensuite. They came up with really great ideas on how to achieve what we wanted. In fact, their suggestions surpassed anything we could have envisaged.Once building started, we always knew who would be onsite and when.
