Sam is a wizard lol. I had an issue with my shoulder for ten years, I even went to a surgeon to see about operating. My first session with Sam and he identified the issue and gave me a simple exercise to do each time before I work out, and now my shoulder doesn’t flare up like it used to, and I can lift heavy in the gym again without being worries of injury.

Sam has been treating a few ailments of mine - migraines that I've experienced almost daily for years he diagnosed treated and fixed in just a few sessions, shoulder pain again diagnosed treated and fixed in the one session and lastly the most debilitating of all of them - a very complex hip injury that I have sought treatment from many professionals over the years. Sam was the first to diagnose straight away and for the first time in years I have been pain free getting immediate results after the first session leaving me pain free for the first time in 5 years. Sam is very knowledgeable and gifted at what he does; his level of skill is a very rare find. I highly recommend his treatments!

I am a grateful patient who has been under Dr. Minkin’s care for the last few months. He has been my only physician who has been able to properly diagnose and treat my chronic pain, which has significantly impacted and changed my life.Prior to being under Dr. Minkin’s care, I had gone to multiple specialists who were not able to pinpoint the root cause of my pain nor provide effective treatment. However, once I started seeing Dr. Minkin, he patiently and systematically went through different treatment options with me until we found the perfect solution for me. As a result, my quality of life has tremendously improved and I am now able to do activities that I previously thought were impossible.

A long overdue post to acknowledge Sam at Recuperate Health and Wellbeing. I cannot recommend his treatments enough, especially regarding vagus nerve stimulation. With this remarkable technique we were able to tackle several health concerns of mine and prevent further causes. I have now introduced him to several others, who wouldn't go anywhere else. We thank him for being so in-tune with his practice and patients. Haven't seen anyone in the field quite like him.

Sam is a lovely, warm and intelligent holistic practitioner. He really invests and cares about his patients. His treatments provide a much needed niche between already available medical and psychological care, particularly in the growing area of vagus nerve stimulation to treat anxiety, depression and PTSD (among other things). Sam is so unique in his field of expertise dealing with all sorts of nerve issues and so incredibly knowledgeable in pain management. He is extremely personable and genuinely looking for positive results and relief with his patients. I’ve been to doctors , neurologists, chiros , physios every week for years dealing with brain, neck and shoulder issues, yet no one quite understands my issues/injuries the way sam does. I feel instant relief after our appointments and I look forward to seeing him when he is in town.
