My sis and I went there for her birthday on the 12/07 and they didn’t start any conversation except for one lady… we both got hurt multiple times coz they were in such a rush even tho we told them it hurt… we came out bumpy nails.. today 13/07 she already has two broken nails and my nail polish is coming off.. DO BETTER WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS SO NOT WORTH $100

so rude, they talk rude stuff about you in thai, j literally know it and they were saying mean comments about other people nails, i got my nails done and they did it so bad, they were wonky and the wrong shape, i said i didn’t like them and she aggressively ripped them off… she cut into my skin and it hurt… NEVER COME HERE

Been seeing these lovely ladies ever since I moved to blacktown which is almost 5 years ago ! Never changed and always stuck with them. They are amazing at doing nails not only that but so FRIENDLY , KIND , WELCOMING and they really take care of you! Don't treat them with disrespect and rudeness when you rock up like other salons because once you get to know these ladies they are just so heart warming and they work hard ❤ so bubbly and funny full of conversations which I love and enjoy about getting nails done ...and yes! They speak very well english ! So don't get it twisted not all salons are the same. Its like a family in there and I love them . they make me look beautiful all the time ! I recommend them to everyone. Prices are great, salon is clean, they use great products and let's not forget you get the full view of outside, instead of just seeing nothing inside a mall...so abit of blacktown action haha

Found this place in early 2022 and it’s such a shame BECAUSE I WISH I FOUND THEM SOONER. Been living in and out of blacktown for 10 years and this place is hands down the best place to go. The staff are warm, kind and always treat me well. I have nothing but gratitude towards these ladies. The service is done beautifully and is priced so well ! Unlike other nail and beauty salons these ladies actually talk to you and ask about your day. It’s awsome to have such professional results with the service they provide. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The service was terrible, I called to check availability and said to me too busy and hung up the phone, walked in the following day, did my nails, not only was it placed crooked but fell off two days later right before a wedding I had to attend! Not a good look. When I said to them it’s not straight, she blamed my finger!!! Wth. I went to ask for refund as was not happy at all, the response I got was, I don’t know what you do with your nails, then said go somewhere else and pay for it. If I could give 1/10th of a star rating it would be me being generous. Terrible service and terrible work, it’s cheap for a reason! Do not go there!
