We have been taking our dog to Erina Heights for 10 years which pretty much says it all. The care is excellent, getting him in is easy and he is always happy to go for any appointment, check up or treatment.+Erina Heights Vet Hospital

I visited Erina Heights Vet Hospital to help the team take photos of their newly renovated hospital. I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful the hospital was. Everything was purpose built to best care for animals and people alike. Meeting every staff member, I also got a huge sense that everyone cared tremendously about the animals under their care and wanted to do everything to the best of their ability. They were also extremely friendly! I saw everyone who came into the hospital with smiles on their faces and really enjoying being at the vets. Not something you see very often! The dogs and cats didn't seem to mind too. If you live in this area, I would definitely recommend bringing your pets to see this friendly team of vets and vet nurses!

Sorry I am not in the habit of writing reviews, let alone a negative one but I could not recommend this Practice! Day 3 and still no sign of any pain relief for my 11year old Border Collie; You can have all the necessary qualifications but lack empathy and good customer/people skills! Moving on!

I have taken my kelpie here ever since she was born, recently she has developed and intense fear of having he nails clipped at home so I decided to take her in to have it done.Unfortunately after three seperate visits and multiple doses of anti anxiety meds my girl wasn’t having it.The clinic takes a fear free approach and didn’t force Daisy to have them done. Being only two and a half it was important to us she doesn’t learn to dislike the vets.Throughout our three days visiting the vets we had the help of nurses, vets and an animal behavioural specialist. They tried inside and outside, being held and being on the floor, with family and away from family etc. We were not charged for any of our three visits apart from the costs of the meds and scripts!Once it was decided daisy wasn’t going to fall for anything I was given multiple options. The practice did not try to sell themselves but suggested ideas at home, groomers rather than vets and if worse comes to worse a full sedation.We decided on making a scratch board to file her nails down herself which has been a great success!Thankyou so much Erina Heights vet clinic !

Exorbitant pricing.Having recently moved up from Sydney I was looking for a new vet for my 2 dogs. I decided against getting their vaccinations done here because they charge $150 each, which includes the standard health check. My vet in Sydney charged $80, and I ended up getting done at Terrigal Vet for less than $100.I did however go to the vet for an eye check, which costs $96 for a standard consultation regardless of of how long the appointment takes.My main issue was around the medication cost. The vet applied an eye ointment without any mention of the product or cost. It wasn't until I received the invoice that I discovered it was Chlorsig" and had been charged $42. Such lovely staff, compassionate and caring. Supportive of all decisions and informed me of all outcomes regarding deterioration of our beloved rabbit. Once the decision was made from myself that he needed to be put to sleep, he was returned to us in such a dignified way with beautiful hand picked flowers and a beautiful card was shortly received in the mail afterwards. The clinic is well designed and the vets are honest and informative.

I called this vet at 1:30pm desperately seeking help to euthanise our 17 year old fur baby.We have so many extra emotional ties to our dog being that he came into our care after I lost both parents suddenly.The beautiful receptionist could feel my desperation as our dog was declining fast. She made a spot available in no time. From the second I walked in, we were comforted by caring and thoughtful staff. I’m so glad our regular vet wasn’t available, because everything was just perfect for our good byes.Thank you to the entire team for making the process so much easier.We appreciate you!

The vet I saw was very kind and gentle to my animals. I also like the fact that they have different payment methods that other practices don't have. When I have been there all of the staff have been welcoming and friendly.
