Rang up and the phone was answered by some grumbly ape I could barely understand.I asked him what time would be best to come in for a pink slip so I could organize the time with my work diary, he said any time that they are open is fine. Show up the next morning at 8:20 (They open at 8) and the doors are all closed and locked. At 8:30, someone finally shows up, and tells me that the person who does the pink slips doesn't come in until 'later'I have left an OK review in the past, which harped on the awful communication here (My car was sitting on their driveway for a week without a phone call to notify my to pick it up) and this attempt at just getting a pink slip has well and truly reinforced this issue. (they also replied to that review saying their communication has since improved, isn't that trivial?)I would urge you to go 10 seconds up the road to UltraTune instead of here, they are much better in every aspect.

Honestly they offered me the best price in the area and they were so professional. I dropped off my car and they offered to drop me off at my desired location and pick me up as I had an appointment else where. They fixed the issue I had with my car while still explaining everything to me so I understood what was happening. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks guys !!!

Brought in my mazda because was having issues with the air conditioning. They were very professional. Informed me exactly of what was wrong with the car. Provided me with the highest quality products and left with a great working air conditioner !! I am now ready for summer !! Thank you to the boys at Cyril Motor Mechanic.
