Mine was an old air-conditioner that after solar installation kept tripping my electrics/safety switch. Not only did Ben come out after normal business hours, he persevered helping me to isolate the issue so I could advise the sparky and solar electrician. Once they'd fixed the bigger issue, Ben was back and within a few minutes had my air conditioning going again! Thank you very much! A delight to deal with him. And would recommend Ben to everyone! Absolutely stoked with the service. Debbie rang Ben on Wednesday, Ben came around at 7.00 o'clock at night and gave us quote when he could've really been at home with his young family. Ben got back to Debbie on Friday to say he would be at our house at 7.30 Saturday morning and was. We were very happy with his efficiency and workmanship. We will be recommending TJB to anyone we know or hear of needing air-conditioning installation or even servicing. Ben was also extremely fair with his quote.Thanks again Ben.Debbie and James

Ben was great to deal with. He answered his phone immediately and gave me an immediate price to install our new air con unit. He said he would install the following week and called back with a time. They showed up a half hour early after texting their new time and got to work straight away. The installation was flawless with everything neat and well done.
