I rang this company which I found on google search, Bailey introduced himself, he was very professional and polite, I explained the problems I am having with my Brivis ducted heating, I was advised he will be attending at 9.30a.m the next day. he arrived at 9.10a.m which was amazing, he checked the unit and fixed the problem within 10minutes.
