Shelves were empty minimal staffBut what's worse is rude staff at checkout i mean one staff only on duty. Putting on a person who clearly doesn't want to be there and is always rude makes the experience awful one i don't want to do againKmart put a store in warringah mall

The staff were lovely and friendly. There were quite a few buckets around the store to collect rainwater coming in through the roof/ceiling. Good range of clothes etc...

I drove 25 minutes to buy a mattress protector and the shelves were empty. I walked a considerable distance before finding a member of staff who explained that, because they are doing stocktake - a process which will run for weeks longer - some shelves are left empty and staff are forbidden to get things out of the storeroom for customers, and so ... tough luck.I try to avoid coming here, but it’s the only basic homewares store in a half hour radius. Shelves are frequently empty or in disarray, at all times of year. The products are cheap but such poor quality it’s bad value at any price. The check out line frequently curls around the shop, with only a handful of staff on duty to help and not even enough self service machines.The entire complex is in a mobile phone dead zone and the “free WiFi” offered by the mall has never worked for me. Good luck with COVID check in or answering an emergency call from your kids’ school.

Worst customer service — in children’s toys section. Product was faulty and staff was very unfriendly and hanged up the phone when requested to speak to another person.

Serious lack of leadership from the store manager Jannet.I ordered a bike more than 4-5 weeks ago and finally got it assembled and was contacted by someone from the store to come and collect it.I am now typing the message while sitting in my car in front of the store frustrated because I came all the way driving close to 2h to collect the bike and arriving at the service counter sharply at 7:49 (11 minutes before the shop is closed) just to hear thatSorry

Love Kmart! This location often runs out of stock earlier than others due to the location. It's there only one on northern beaches.
