I have been buying hearing aids for 40 years and after a poor experience at another retailer I went to see Emily Green at Connect Warringah Mall. Emily is a truly professional and well trained Audiologist with dispensing skills rarely found at other hearing aid retailers. Connect is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest and I would recommend to anyone who has had a less than satisfactory experience with a hearing aid dispenser , that they visit Connect Hearing sooner rather than later. Excellent experience! I was nervous about getting my hearing checked, however the team made me feel very comfortable, and the test was great. I was able to view & talk through my results right there and then. Would definitely recommend. Emily was A++!
