Wag & Bone Dog Grooming is amazing! We had a great experience. Jax was honest and upfront with the available services and costs. Jax was also incredible with Winston who had not had a professional groom before and was a bit unsure of things at times. He came out looking fresh, happy and with a new friend in Jax. We will definitely be back.

Jax was absolutely amazing! Cooper did not have a great experience at our previous groomer and Jax took such good care of him! She is great to deal with, she really took the time to understand our pup, asked questions to understand him (History, allergies etc.) and it really settled me as an owner! She really cares about all the pups that come through her door! We will definitely be back!

Simply could not be happier with Jax at Wag & Bone. Appointments are blocked out so your dog is the only dog there, she takes her time and makes it so much easier for the pups, and the results are outstanding. Never could've imagined finding such quality so close to home. Thank you Jax ❤️

Jax was incredibly friendly, and you can tell she takes genuine care of every dog she looks after. Great communication, great pricing, and an amazing job on tidying up my long haired chihuahua! We'll definitely be back again soon :)

Mia just got her first groom at wag and bone today and it was a really good experience! Jax was lovely, at drop off I was able to bring Mia into the grooming room (which was so cute!) and have a chat, letting Mia warm up to the space before I left her there -vs. dropping her at the front and her being taken back on a lead, which doesn't make either of us feel very good.When I picked her up she was calm, and seemed comfortable with Jax already! and her hair cut is great!!! and she smells wonderful!!highly recommend, will definitely keep coming to wag and bone!

Jax did an amazing job with our little cavoodle - he went in an anxious pup and came out so confident with tail wagging! Wag and Bone has a wonderful business model, where the emphasis is on the pup’s comfort and care, and of course great grooming. We can’t wait to come back!

From start to finish our experience dealing with Jax has been fantastic. Great communication and very friendly customer service from the get go and patch looks like a brand new dog! I cannot recommend Wag & Bone Dog Grooming highly enough. Thanks Jax for the lovely service! Twas a pleasure hearing my native accent as well! Patch looks much less like a Rum'un now!!! Such a simple easy experience with Jax!Our little pup Beemo came back looking absolutely perfect, she was happy and clearly had a great time.The best cut for shape and cuteness we've had to date, and it's growing out so nice.We will be back ☺️

Jax is amazing with our pup, who actually loves visiting for his groom as he's so excited to get inside! The results are excellent. Jax is also such a lovely person so I always enjoy saying hello and dropping and picking up our pup.

Amazing! My Cocker Spaniel Freddie is still young and unsure of being groomed, Jax made us both instantly feel at ease with her warm, friendly and welcoming nature. Jax takes the time to catch up on what type of groom you would like, and really listens. I felt so reassured, leaving Freddie in very safe hands. Jax made a fantastic job and Freddie looks incredible. Five stars all round! Thank you Jax, we will certainly be back!
