I visit Think mobility for a friend with disabilities and the staff are always helpful and willing to help. I find new and interesting things to look at every visit and have even bought myself a few little helpful things. Large range of electronic recliners to see and test and walkers to suit all needs.

JUST GO THERE... look around and ask...Another organisation suffering from over supply working hard to make sure their customers are supported.Go there with patience and understanding, the staff will do what they can to help.They may not have what you need right there now, but organise what you need for the future now... its Townsville, seriously..

Too expensive, the staff let OTs who have no idea about things tell them what's best for people when it's clearly not, let OTs script things people didn't try or say yes too, deal with companies who can't supply the correct fitting thing for equipment, supply wheelchairs that fall apart, say you have hired a wheelchair and not returned it when never hired in first place, let OTs drag on measuring wheelchair for yrs when the person needed it 12 months ago.

The show room seemed dirty. The staff were all over the place. No one assigned to us. My OT had arranged visit but equipment not ready and set up for us. The electric bed was chunky grinding through the movement. The mattress was dirty and didn't fit the bed. The pillow was on the floor and I was expected to lay on it from the floor. A shop for people without a disability would not do well under these circumstances. Just because we have funding packages doesn't mean we deserve a lesser service. Now no competition in town as both have merged. If you can, go elsewhere.

No prices, walked in knowing what we wanted, time taking for staff to locate item/price. We were left alone long enough to buy something else lol.Overall staff were obliging
