Great service! We originally ordered the wrong colour basin by accident and Mimicoco agreed to swap free of charge. It was damaged in transit back to them and they made all efforts to get us the right one without any extra charge. Five star service and will definitely order from them again.

Fabulous experience purchasing several tapware products from Mimicoco for our new home build. They have a vast range of affordable and luxury bathware brands, and very competitive prices (which I know from hours of research online!!). The purchasing and shipping process went smoothly and my products were well packaged and in all their original boxes. Really happy with my choices. Unfortunately I had to return two items which weren't likely to suit our bathroom configuration. The return was processed very efficiently and Max was great with communication. Overall, a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

I reached out to several businesses for a large fragile mirror cabinet. Angelina at Mimicoco was the only one in Australia who responded quickly, thoroughly & happily. At all times I felt like every aspect of my order was in safe hands. Today, it arrived safely (so quick!) & we are thrilled. Had anything gone wrong, I also know Angelina would have helped us without stress. Beautiful quality products from a very caring and genuine place.

Mimicoco have been wonderful to deal with. The website is very easy to navigate with a great range of products. Delivery was very soon after placing the order (even with COVID craziness) and we were kept in the loop as to when to expect the delivery. We had an issue with one aspect of our order but Max sorted the problem out quickly. Thanks so much!

I purchased online Fienza Empire Back-to-Wall Toilet Suites, and Fienza shower and bathroom fittings from the Eleanor and Lillian range for a new powder room and a new ensuite. Max provided excellent customer service including free tracked courier delivery to regional Victoria. I am thrilled with everything ordered and even my builder and plumber commented on the superb quality. I will definitely be ordering again for the next two bathroom renovations.

We have ordered twice now from Mimicoco and both times have had great customer service from Angelina. Angelina had been able to price match competitors as well as assist with urgent requests arranging for us to pick up goods directly from the warehouse. Emails and phone calls are always answered quickly.
