I initially came in to reschedule my appointment because my phone was at apple to be repaired & the pick up time was after my laser appointment but they were able to give me a solution to my problem where I was able to keep appointment. It was my first introduction to Silk Laser. Over the years I have bought expensive facial skin products. I have maintained good skin condition but especially the dark pigmentation on my face has never disappeared. So I decided to see what Silk Laser could offer. At present they have good discounts and so I don’t think I’ll be spending much more for my treatment.I’m hopeful that I will get the results. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I’ve been seeing Aleisha for a little while now for my full laser hair removal and I couldn’t recommend her enough to my friends! She’s made me feel completely comfortable through-out the entire process, always makes sure I’m aware of what is happening during my treatment is always happy to answer any questions I have and is nothing but friendly. Recently my skin has been absolutely horrible and today I tried an LED treatment recommended by Aleisha and my skin is feeling better already. Staff at reception desk are always helpful and friendly. Store is kept clean and dust free which is always a good indication of hygiene standards. Offers free initial consultation with a technician, then recommends and set up a treatment plan to best suit your needs. But don’t be pressured to buy more than needed, they are very persuasive in up selling. treatments can now be purchased and paid online in bulk, then a appointments can be arranged at later time. After care products also readily available which is convenient. Appointments are generally good and run on time but not consistent as you have a different technician each time and have to reiterate your needs each time. End results are definitely worth it though.
