I don't like writing negative reviews but this has been eating away at me and I feel I need to write it. As a long time customer I love the shop and products and so does my daughter. Although a company is not just about the products it sells but also the way it treats people. My teenage daughter applied for a job here, her first ever interview. My husband finished work early from the city to come home to take her. She was told she would be contacted within two weeks with the outcome. It never came. she sat there waiting and hoping. I have not shopped her since and wont again, out of principle.

The lady was very put out by me asking her to match the online price. I was made to feel very awkward about it. It’s not the first time this lady has had this attitude whilst serving me at the vic point store.
