Laser Clinics Australia - Chermside Westfield

I have been going to this clinic for a while now for laser and it was something that was way out of my comfort zone but the girls there are amazing at making you feel comfortable loved my experience!

Been to a different laser clinic before but recently started coming here. The girls are so nice, felt really welcome and looked after. Jade is fab!

Terrible customer service and unorganized system. I was booked in for an appointment since they had told me I have two vouchers left. After they finished the laser session they told me I have no vouchers left so I need to pay. I felt scammed so I asked for them to check the history log for my laser sessions since I’ve been attending to their service for an year. They told me my last purchase was from Toombul in 2015 which doesn’t make any sense since I wasn’t in Australia on that year nor I’d been to Toombul clinic. The worst part was that they treated me like a person who’s trying to purposely avoid paying a session and told me to never come back to their practice. Well, I’ve already spent almost a half grand on their business yet still being treated like a thief, so why would I return? There are so many other laser clinics honestly. Don’t waste your money on them and get treated so poorly.

I have been using Laser Clinics Australia for nearly 2 years and I have had issues at 2 chains including Chermside.The customer service is absolutely appalling and they fail to understand common dilemmas that happen with short notice like trying to find a park in Chermside shopping centre. I was 5 minutes late and they couldn’t possibly do my 5 minute hair removal treatment after I had traveled 30min from home. Ridiculous and disgusting the service at Chermside Laser Clinics. I will never purchase treatments or products from any laser clinics Australia again.

You are about to lose a longtime customer !I have been quite disappointed with the laser clinics in the past 6 months. I have been a customer for many years.I had to come several times the past few months after getting the laser hair removal for my legs as I was not getting the results I used to get. This time I waited for 4 weeks to see the results as I got told by one of the girls it was better to wait for longer. But the hair stayed did not fall off. Same story all the time. I got told maybe I had issues with my hormones or I wasn’t exfoliating well or the right one. Well, the rest of the treatment in different parts of my body the hair hasn’t grown back!? How it is possible that usually takes me months to come back and now the hair has grown back in less than 4 weeks? Obviously it is a money maker business and they don’t care about the customer. So if you don’t want to waste your money and get a good result, find another clinic with better service and with less lies!

The customer service is exceptional and the results from my treatments have been outstanding. 5 stars!

2 stars just because staff is nice.I've been doing a full face treatment and after 1 and a half year, it has not just not take nearly close to what they promised, as the inadequate use of laser stimulated the hair growth where I didn't have facial hair before.It is cheaper but it comes with a cost, just pay yourself a specialised clinic as it's the same of comparing Fast food with a brand named restaurant". It's your health you are betting.Don't go..."

Been coming to this clinic for a couple years now and I’ve always left feeling comfortable and well taken care of! My last appointment was especially great as my therapist was incredibly friendly and so knowledgeable. I wish I got her name but she had short black hair and fantastic eyeliner! Will definitely continue the rest of my appointments at this clinic!

My whole family have treatments at this clinic, and always get exceptional service. Jade is super accommodating and is very knowledgeable about her treatments.
