My IT Shop Kawana

The staff are absolutely wonderful and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to fix my iPhone. They fixed a problem I didn't think could be fixed but they didn't want to give up until they found the solution. I was so happy to get it back working and was amazed when they apologised that it had taken so long. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and will be bringing all of my phones and computers to them in the future!

Took 5 working days to get a part in for a job that should take 15 minutes to fix. Was promised 3 days. Didnt hear from them so had to call. Was then told another day and ended up being 2. Had i know they didn't stock basic parts i would have walked into UMart and got one myself.On phone customer service was good though but friendly talk doesnt get your computer up and running. Scott is great to deal with both at the shop and on the phone.

Excellent service, so helpful very friendly. Only place to go for your phone repairs. Saved me heaps, truly appreciate great honest service.

Repaired an iPhone screen here. They were professional, knowledgeable, gave great advice and had good customer service. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic computer store. They are welcoming and are happy to help you with all things PCs. Had my computer diagnosed and while it was only a minor issue they were very quick to sort our the problem.

Great friendly service. Sell quality products. Had to get an item returned on warranty, they were thorough to check for faults but honest and quick when the fault was found. Reccomend using this store for your IT needs

Brought my Mac in as it was running extremely slowly. Staff member attempted to fix but needed longer. No call back occurred so I made contact after 5 days and was told that the diagnosis could only continue after I paid $90. Not sure how I was supposed to know this without contact? I paid and waited. Again I had to call to find out what the outcome was. I was told some malware had been removed and quoted for an ssd to replace my hard drive as the computer was still working direct quote “slightly slower than normal”. I asked how slow that meant “I’m a millennial, anything below an instant is to slow for me”. The staff member then said they would honour the quote he gave for the replacement of the HD if I took the Mac home and wanted to bring it back to complete the job.The Mac once checked at home was worse than when handed over, it takes 10mins to load, a couple of minutes to load a programme not a little slow as suggested. I called back to set up the replacement ssd, already a little annoyed about the incorrect work so far completed. I was told by the staff member that the person who quoted me the job had left the company, they had misquoted and the job would be an additional $100 and that he had completed the work on my Mac. How convenient. The staff manner told me he would speak to a manger and call me the next day. Surprise surprise no call came. I contacted via messenger and the staff member on there attempted to contact, I returned the call and got a voicemail. It was Friday afternoon so I expected no calls until Monday. Nobody called Monday first thing so I called the number provided. The staff member answered and said I’m out of the office I will call you in 15 minutes, the time was 10:30 am. It’s now Tuesday night no call has been made and any call I make reaches voicemail. All this has left me with no choice but to write this, and make a formal complaint to the ACCC. Such poor service by the store originally, then the follow up, then the online team. Failure all around

Entered the IT shop hoping they had a screw for my Asus laptop, I’ve been looking for this specific screw for a year but no luck. Walked in hoping they’d have the screw and lo and behold they had one in stock. They screwed it in for me free of charge. Great customer service, thank you
