Huge bunnings warehouse with plenty of parking. Garden area filled with varieties of plants.Went looking for window kit for Aircon, but even the staff couldn’t find it.

Went there this evening with my friends and their toddler kid. Great customer service. There is a lovely children's playground area and complimentary coffee which is nice for the winter. Thank you.

The staff were all so helpful today, from the lovely man on the front door when entering the store, to one of the staff who helped me with items and knew information about a product - to then the funny sales girl when purchasing my items. A very clean store. Easy to follow and I highly recommend. 5 stars!! Thank you for your help.

Bought 15 bags of Mulch (40L) from garden centre. Young men at gates saw me struggling with trolley and didnt even ask if I needed assistance. Parked the car near the gates and loaded them on my own. Was very surprised that 3 young bunnings employees didnt even attempt to help.

Went to buy 2 bulbs, but there was 3 bulb pack available only, the girl (Pakistan origin) from payment area checked, there was stock showing available in system, it was 8:30 pm, she went with me, find the stock, climb the ladder, got it down, so I can buy, Highly appreciated.

I made a phone inquiry if a certain PVC pipe is in stock. The call was referred to the plumbing section. After a long wait Jim Xegas answered and advised that it seems there is no one in the plumbing section. While he was from the Kitchen section he gladly offered to help. After checking the item on his computer he physically went and checked the stock. He confirmed the amount available and where to find them. I later visited the store and his information were accurate and I purchased what I wanted. Thank you Jim for being exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Trade drive thru is super helpful. It’s large and open late unlike some Bunnings stores which close the trade gates at 5pm. They generally have everything in stock when you need it.

Poor customer service, especially towards females. I travel to Westmead which has a better culture. Also no air con or fans at both stores on a very warm day, it was uncomfortable which may contribute to staff attitudes.

They tend to have a lot out of stock items. The drive and collect is hit and miss. One day, you'll get someone on the phone. The next, the number is not in service. Staff are not as friendly as they can be or helpful. If a customer asks you where something is, just be mindful that you're not power walking a 1000 steps ahead, and the poor customer has to run to keep up.
