Truly terrible customer service today, at around 2:30 on April 15th, when my fiancé and I entered the store, we were not acknowledged. This is okay, we prefer to shop alone anyway. What was not okay was that when asking the price of an un-stickered item, we were looked up and down and told “ohhhhhh it’s veryyyy pricey” she then walked off and watched us suspiciously the rest of the time we were in store. I won’t be shopping there anymore, and I hope action gets taken.

Absolutely disgusting attitude by staff. Doors half closed at 4.30pm, 1 staff member counting registers and lights turned down, the other mopping floors. Asked a simple request and was blown away by the rude response.Simply find somewhere else to buy your homewares are the staff are rude, abrupt & make you feel very unwelcome

Checked their website, particular product I wanted showed in stock. Bit difficult to find store as no store directory in WP shopping centre. Finally get there and not only do they not have the stock, they never carry it!!! Total waste of my time.

Jolle was very rude today, i was yelled at for wearing sunglasses in the store, my mother for asking the same direction twice, and then again when asking for an apollogy. This one really needs some customer service training, not impressed.
