We had such a great time cooking with Hiro! We learned so much and had a wonderful lunch. We would definitely recommend!

Hiro was SO AMAZING. Her knowledge throughout the class was great, giving us awesome information about each ingredient etc. The food was “OISHII”! We booked the Katsudon cooking class with Hiro-san as a unique birthday present experience, and we weren't disappointed! Learning about the staples of Japanese cooking, and how to use them to create delicious dishes was really fun and interesting, and Hiro-san's extensive food knowledge and tips on where to find authentic Japanese ingredients, and how to use different ingredients in different ways really impressed us! Most of our group were unfamiliar with Japanese cooking, so the way Hiro-san explained the processes in easy to understand language, and with examples, made the experience that much more worthwhile and valuable for us all. It was great that we all got a copy of the ingredients list and cooking process and have been able to re-create our cooking experience ourselves at home! We also included the yukata wearing add-on to our experience - and so glad we did! Hiro-san's yukata collection is beautiful and getting all dressed up in traditional Japanese style not only made us look super fancy and stylish, but gave us more appreciation for the intricacy of the culture, and added another highlight to and already fantastic day! I absolutely plan to book another class very soon, and would 100% recommend her classes to anyone else looking for a fun and unique experience.

I hosted a Geisha Sushi party at my home recently, and it was an experience I will never forget!! From the moment Hiro arrived she was so organised, prepared and passionate! Her care and attention to all the little details (especially when she helped us dress in our traditional Yukata's) made the day feel so special and unique! Can't wait to try more of her cooking classes so I can keep practicing the skills I learned on the day.

I booked the Japanese Street Food class for my wife's birthday and it was so much fun! Our 8yo got right into it as well and we thuroughly enjoyed Hiro's direction in the kitchen and enthusiasm for what she does. The end result was so delicious and now we know how to make a whole new style of food at home.Couldn't reccommend highly enough, Hiro is lovely and the class is wonderful.
