Do yourself a favor, the guys at All Vehicle Accessories in Port Melbourne are the experts. Nothing was too much trouble. I needed roof rackets installed on my Isuzu D-Max, it was tricky because I had a sports bar already installed, that had a brake light wired in. Dropped all the gear this morning to All Vehicle Accessories in Port Melbourne who sorted in 3 hours. My daughter leaves for a music festival tomorrow morning and she will very happy with the extra luggage capacity. Thanks Glen in Sales and Mikey in Service.

Not too impressed with the service from this place. These gents are always on the phone and it feels like the showroom is not really geared to be served on the floor, nobody will get up and greet you as a customer. Maybe if I phoned in I would get a better service but then I cannot see the merchandise. Anyways, I went somewhere else and had my canopy fitted there as the service and price was marginally better.

I cannot thank the team at AVA enough, especially Paul and Peter, Peter especially was the most friendly, helpful and detail oriented guy. My Parents have been looking for a window for their Toyota for a few months and no one in NSW would help them, they were very stressed about the situation, however from the moment I made contact with AVA they were so kind, genuine and helpful, they found exactly what we needed and gave us every possible detail to make what my parents wanted come to fruition. Thanks again Peter you were fabulous!

Recently had a tow bar and electric brake controller fitted. On face value they were quick and professional, but once I had a closer look they did a very hack electrical job and didn't properly replace panels they removed during install (in one case snapping a plastic piece in the spare tire well of the boot). Good on price, but not very quality.

Highly recommend these guys, I took my van to have the windows done, I realised I couldn’t afford to leave it overnight, they gave me no grief for pulling the pin on the job and instead sold me with the supplies I’d need and had the tech Michael run me through it (who was excellent). Nothing but a positive experience, go see them if you need anything done.

Very happy. Installed my Rhino-Rack tray and Batwing Awning on my Y62 Patrol - great service. Even let me plug my portable fridge into their power so I could head straight out camping after picking it back up :)

Overall I had an extremely disappointing experience with AVA Port Melbourne when having an ARB Base Rack Roof Platform fitted to my Toyota Hilux rear canopy.After a very well organized quoting and ordering process with AVA my ARB Base Rack arrived and my vehicle was booked in for fitting, which was estimated to be a 2 day process. I dropped my car off early on the Thursday and by 3:30pm on this same day I received a call saying my car was ready (24 hours earlier than expected).Mid morning Friday I returned to collect my vehicle and upon inspection of the work which was deemed by AVA to be completed" I found that my vehicle canopy rear door could no longer close properly (due to the canopy being completely misaligned as a result of the work undertaken) and that the canopy locks had been tampered with and were refitted to the back window the wrong way around no longer being able to lock

Great service and price from Peter and the team at AVA, everything was done as expected and on time. They have recently branched out with an ARB agency, I wish them well as they expand their business in this new but similar direction, certainly worked for me.
