The worst!Doesn't know EnglishNo clean towels - dirty old and grey - just one was providedSuper noisy - all the mall traffic reeked into the massage room and all the families chat loudly disregarding the customers. The place allowed crying babies to wait while parents get massagesMassage room looks like a toilet room - tiny tiled white cubicle with one tiny stool to place your belongings - nothing relaxing what so everThe whole time the light was kept utterly bright during the back body massage, only after turning me over and requesting her to turn it low was the lights dimmed.The person used food gloves to massage me - unbelievable!!I tried to explain it to her 6 times to remove it and she couldn't understand me. She also was unwell and kept sneezing, coughing & burping midst the massage - so soothing!Very rough massage - the head massage pulled out half my hairs and greased the remaining strands on my headThe so called aromatherapy oil massage" was wiped out with tissues instead of warm steam towels - the tissue I later realized was toilet rolls. I requested her in sign language to give new towels and she told me the one that was already used on me was dirty; i told her OK get me new ones please and she gave me more toilet paper.At payment time still chatter chatter chatter to family people - no feedback asked from the customer - I was so disgusted by now!I had to go home all greasy and in body pains.Honestly how is this place still running?"

In the madness of Boxing Day sales we ventured to Parramatta. After sending the kids off to explore, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to some Reflexology.I had the 60 minute Neck, shoulder and reflexology and my husband the 40 minute reflexology.Shirt off for the oil and a fantastic massage followed.My husband really enjoyed having his feet done and on cue the kids returned.

Wish I read the revirws before I visited.staff were not very well trained.infact uses o ly the basic massaging(thumb )which is very pressureful and infact my body is more strained after the massage..no relief .Moreover uses a basic cub baby oil for massaging .No hygiene maintained.

Very unpleasant experience. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, I am quite small and the towel provided didn’t cover my body so I was cold the whole time. No music, staff having very loud conversations in the back area. Massage therapist kept leaving the room and then whilst she was in the room kept going under the bed to sort through what sounded like a plastic shopping bag. She repeatedly asked if i wanted cupping or if i wanted to extend my massage time, obviously staff are pushed to upsell. The actual massage was very poor quality and the entire experience was awful!

Not the best massage. Masseuse tried to confirm just neck and shoulders when I just paid for neck, shoulders and back. Cleary untrained, uselessly wiping hands over my back like cleaning a car and pinching in random spots. The lack of symmetry and balance was uncomfortable, performing movements and pressure points on one side but not the other. Fingernails needed cutting as I was painfully being scratched intermittently throughout the massage. Dangerously and very discomforting when direct elbow pressure was applied to my bones. The masseuse preferred to sit on a chair at the head of the table and softly stroke my neck for the majority of the massage. I can't believe this was worth $60 for 40 minutes.

The room is clean! And the lady called Janey fixed my stiff neck. Highly recommended!

Massage was ok.. therapist swapped half way through so two different stylesHad someone FaceTiming in the room next to me that was just a curtain inbetween so wasn’t overly relaxing but did get most of the knots and bruises out

Worst massage ever hahahahaha

I wish I read the reviews before we went, it was a terrible experience, I was put in a dirty little laundry, waited 10 minutes to be seen, then had one lady who could speak English ask me what I wanted, she then translated to the lady who then did the worst massage I have ever had. And they did not make up for the 10 minutes I was waiting. She was basically rubbing my bones with her elbows not my muscles. DO NOT GO HERE! Total waste of money and my back was sore for 3 days after.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTDon't let the nice shop entrance fool you, I asked for a whole body massage and I was read to the backroom which had no air-conditioning and was dirty. The table smelt and it seems that the towels were no washed.I ended up stopping the massage 15 mins in as the unqualified masseur was constantly trying to upsell while I was trying to relax and had been using my shirt as her massage towel.Worst massage and they are rude, avoid at all cost
