Roman was so fast! He came in the next day after we contacted him for an ASAP job and our couch looks brand new after sitting in storage for over 6 months. It was so gross haha and now it looks incredible!!!

IN August this year I paid Roman and his team $1120.00 cash for his services for a BOND CLEAN. I was charged $750.00 by my land lord for another BOND CLEAN . I tried to call and email Roman regarding these matters after a total of 5 months with no reply from him other than a promise of a emailed receipt. I went to court today December 13th 2019 and lost the JUDGE told me I had been ripped off. Ramon could not be bothered to call me or respond to any of my requests for a simple letter or receipt on Letter Head. He was so nice and said all the right things and I paid all that money CASH and received NO HELP . THANKS guys for nothing

If I may, I met two people from this company today I was by far having the worst day and the worst time with my agents. I had cleaned day and night with a newborn baby and couldn’t any more so I called pristine carpet service after being quoted ridiculous prices from everywhere else. Not only did they offer me an affordable price, but they came in and went an extra mile to help me finish everything when they didn’t have too. They fit me in last minute and they didn’t mess around, they got the job done so well. They cleaned absolutely everything within my budget time frame and came back the next morning just to ensure they’d not missed anything. The cleaning work they do speaks for itself but the compassion and care they show for their clients gives you a great satisfaction to see that you won’t be ripped off, and that there are some really great people out there willing to go the extra mile to help a family. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you want to get looked after and treated properly!!!! Me and my family thank you guys so much!!! I intend on spreading the word so that all of my friends and family do not waste their money on other companies and come to you instead. Thanks for a perfect experience when it was a horrible time!

Booked in to have carpets done and were stained badly. Pristine Carpet Service brought them back to perfect condition. Look and smell amazing. Highly recommend if you need carpets or lounges cleaned give these guys your business you won't regret it. Beautiful people to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble very pleasing.
