Our new Hatch sofa was delivered today and the two guys who delivered it were extremely efficient. the old sofa was whisked away in minutes and the new one put in place and connected in under half an hour. Both worked cleanly and were very polite. A pleasure to deal with.Walter Rogers, Australind

Really high quality customer service.. I encountered a small issue and the owner went above and beyond to resolve it the same day.Sue in the store is incredibly helpful and can't recommend this place enough. Have had endless and ongoing issues with a number of other furniture stores in Bunbury, Hatch is new to Bunbury and is easily, already, sitting at #1 spot ;)

I can't speak highly enough of my shopping experience at Hatch Home Bunbury. I was served by Grace. I was lounge shopping with my 2 young sons. Grace was so helpful and patient with myself and my boys. She organised delivery for me also. There needs to be more people like Grace in customer service. She's an absolute asset to the business. I live in Busseland I would drive to Bunbury just to be served by her. AND the lounge we bought is absolutely stunning with such beautiful quality.

My wife and I have recently relocated and as always you always need new furnishing, apparently. We have met Kris and Grace the two sales ladies who have always been very accommodating and informative and always looking after your best interests with sound advice. So if you are thinking about going to Hatch, just forget about it, thinking about it gets nothing solved, just do it. It will be the best decision that you have ever made.
