Fox in a Box Gold Coast Escape Rooms

We did the Wild West Saloon room and it was so much fun! Easily one of the best escape rooms that we’ve done, and our game master Ben was the best! Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

The girl loved it, different. The rooms and ideas were great.. and storyline, compared to other escape room themes I have seen. But as an adult I felt we were left in the room with no idea where to start or what the go was... We got more than hints, all the way thru, totally impossible to know what to do otherwise. I don't know how to fix this, but it isn't until halfway through at least that we were able to understand what the go was and actually do things for ourselves. We found clues and had no idea what to do with them. Took awhile to understand the situation. How do we know what to do next without being told? Does anyone? Fun tho!

We booked two Escape rooms and enjoyed them so much that we did two more on the same day! They were well designed Rooms and our hosts were terrific. We were lucky to have Rob, Ryan, Beth and Anna as our game masters and they all brought their own flair to the role. We'll definitely be back again!

Lucas's from Fox in a Box - Surfers Paradise was a fantastic game host and really got our team in the 'vibe' for the 'Wild Wild West' escape room. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasks (about the correct level of challenge for our team) & puzzles we had to solve within the room. Any clues given were received in the quickest time frame & the perfect amount of support without giving too much away too easily.We will certainly be back again (already booked on the same day using the 20% discount)

I had first to this place on the 10th and I had never done any escape rooms and neither has my mates but having Ashley apart of our group was a wonderful experience! She was great at giving us a great description of the room or anything without spoiling anything and she made our time there feel great! Even in the rooms helping with us she was very comforting and understanding. I would totally go every day if I could! One day Ashley might join our Smells Like Team Spirit Team.

Very challenging escape rooms, but great staff and escape rooms are always very fun.The other side" and the Breakout rooms have been excellent with just enough challenge to be able to win.(No photos are allowed of the rooms

Played 'The Other Side' as a group of 4. Have only done one other escape room overseas but this was the best. Our game master JAMES was awesome from the second he introduced himself and made for an immersive experience. We didn't get to finish but still had loads of fun admiring the intricate details of the puzzles. Three suggestions for this game if I may: 1. Could the host speak louder into the mic, the background music makes it hard to hear. 2. The candles!!! Need to fix them. 3. Allow the game to be a little longer.

Fantastic experience!! We did “The Other Side” room and the room was extremely well made and had a cohesive storyline. Our game master Beth was amazing and very helpful while we struggled through the tough puzzles. They were lovely and very talkative and seemed very down to earth. All round it was a great way to spend our night, we’re all very happy with our experience :)
