Used this lot when they were in Altona Meadows. Never again. Damaged a vintage watch of mine beyond repair when I took it in for a service. When I tried to speak to them about it, I was laughed at by the smug assistant behind the counter. DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT GO THERE! (Only putting one star because the review won't let post no stars).

Zero stars, stay away. Sells faulty products and refuses to provide refunds.My mother in law went to purchase a watch band today. They asked for payment upfront. She paid. They went and gave her a new watch band. She walked out and realised the band was BROKEN. She immediately came back in and asked for a refund. They refused to give her a refund.

I recently changed the battery in my watch. The price was higher than anywhere else. When I got the watch back, the time was set. When I needed to change the time on April 2, I couldn't do it. I took the watch to another watchmaker and it turned out that the crown was broken. I had to replace it. As a result, replacing the battery cost me half the cost of my modern watch. I didn't go to this service to fix what they broke because I can't trust this inept watchmaker! Better avoid him!

Amazing experience and service. Affordable prices, quick service, and excellent craftsmanship. I had two rings to resize and one bent ring to restraighten. All done within an hour! Definitely recommending others to this jeweller.
