Wallace Bishop Brisbane City

So bad.. so i have watch to repair through wallace bishop. I put in august 2022, before summer holiday, they say the watch should be arrived in a couple of days. Oke, but then i have to go to holiday. I came back on january to take my watch but they didnt know where is it, i have been back and forth to this store every weeks they still dont know, with the frustration where is my watch, one of the guy sweet talking to me then i should get compensation, because its almost a year, it shouldnt happen etc. early april 2023, i try to call because its useless to come to the store if they still dont know where is it, but finally they said the watch is otw. Oke, then i come to the store to pick it up and asking about the promises.. but the manager said its not company policy to negotiate price, i have to pay this amount.. first of all, this is not about the price, i apready know how much to fix and agree to it, all i am saying is please dont sweet talk to the customers where the reality its cant be that way. 1 year to fix a watch from brisbane - sydney, amazing !!

Took my mother's watch in for a simple battery change. They didn't bother to recommend a pressure test which is probably a good thing because they didn't bother to put the back seal in. Mum gets water in it washing her hands and the bloke tells her she wore it in the shower. They literarily made her cry with the false accusation. Then fixed" it but cracked the mother of pearl dial ....smh (amateurs). Wasn't until a month later I saw it and said she should take it back. They got a new dial but the hands don't line up like they used to. It's only a 3000 dollar watch. I guess that's why I'm here telling you in no uncertain terms to stay away from these charlatans."

I only went into this store when shopping with a friend and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of store and the stock they had. The service was excellent (thanks Brett) and patient . The prices were competitive . I came back the next day to look at their Grand Seiko watches and once again Brett was able to offer great prices and product advice . Highly recommended, especially as AD to Tag Heuer and Grand Seiko in Brisbane . He even allowed me to wear the timepieces out to try the natural lighting

I have never been more blown away by a customer experience in my whole life. Since the first day my now fiancé and I walked in to discuss engagement rings, Mark and Brett were phenomenal. Mark took the time to talk through the whole process of creating a ring with me, start to finish, and I'll never forget it. My wife bought me a TAG watch from the store recently for our wedding anniversary. I can say that the service was nothing short of exemplary. With only 15 minutes before the shop closed we had agreed on a price and had the watch fitted on the spot. Thanks guys. I know where i am going to buy my third watch from.

I had a great experience at this store recently, just before Christmas. I wanted to make a purchase to accompany a gift I already had constructed for my partner. I was helped by a team member named Sebastian. He was amazing! We talked about our Christmas plans while he assisted me in selecting a lovely jewellery box for my partner. He made the sale efficiently, but remained personable, and I felt absolutely taken care of and valued. The price on the jewellery box was reasonable as well!
