Pretty upset.I was just refused service by a guy named David. Im heavily pregnant and was carrying a fair bit of stuff to scan. He had just served a customer before me, only to tell me to serve myself at the kiosk.Next min he is back at the desk, happily assisting Caucasian customers again.Really hurt. This was racial profiling as I’m black and Muslim, pretty apparent to him.

Never have stock of items. And all the staff and miserable and rude. This is my local and I'm always there. Multiple times I've over head staff talk negatively about customers. Not professional at all.

Staff were really friendly and it's not too crowded, I've gone to this store multiple times and my experience has been great here, the shopping centre has a lot of parking space too, overall it's just great, I would highly recommend.

Great Kmart with excellent opening hours. I have always felt safe shopping here no matter the hour of day. There is separate entrance area when the rest of the shopping centre is closed. Polite and efficient service overall. Self service check outs work well. Stock is well maintained and shelves are always neat and tidy. Can get busy during the weekends.

The staff and the manager Adrian was very rude and unprofessional in terms of solving the issue for $15.The thing is I purchased the car Bluetooth&fm $15 and the quality wasn’t that good. Then had to go and refunded the item then purchased on a new one ( the staff said that is the better one $27). Both of the them disconnected sometime and make eco sound. So, I have to go for refund again and was only giving me back $12 instead of full refund, which I paid on my card. They mentioned that the old $15 product will be the voucher coz I paid by the voucher, which is not true. (I got both receipt to proof).The things is I paid both my card with total 15$+12$=27$. And the operator served me on that day did mentioned I will get full refund at $27 if it is still not working.I will bring this thing further to AFCA.

Poor customer serviceI took my kid come in to buy his birthday present. i was thinking to get him a kid bike and there are heaps of bike for him to test drive but i got told off by the staff name Joshua. He confronted me “you dont ride the bike because you dont buy it”what an awful customer service to treat people like that. he told me off in front of many people and also other Kmart staff. you dont own Kmart store yourself and i bet that Kmart wont be allow their staff to treat people like that.You definitely need more training on customer service

I shopped at Kmart today. I was unable to find what I was after. I asked one of the young attendants who was super helpful. She even helped another customer as She showed me where to find what I was looking. Thank you Jessica for your help today. She was working in the men’s section, i give this kmart a 5 ⭐️ Best kmart in the area!!
