Have been calling them for a year and always been very nice and helpful staffs. But today I ring to enquire the price of one product. The girl was very rude and keep repeating ‘I cannot understand what you mean’ in very rude manner. She asked the account number and gave me another number to call which is fine, however she hang up straight away when I say thank you to her. That was really rude and surprised me. If you call Supagas and the first thing they said is our staff will treat you respectfully and we want you to do the same. Well, I don’t really think this girl respect your customer.

Enquired about change over of my gas supplier and was given the information promptly. Throughout the process was given answers to all my questions quickly and informatively. Best bit is they deliver much more regularly than previous supplier in my area and also take the previous suppliers bottles for return - I don't have to do a thing except notify them of us ceasing my rental with them. Price, Customer Service and Delivery way exceed previous suppliers. Thank You!

Just recently acquire 2 bottles of gas from Supagas Lonsdale. Was with a different company who were charging the earth for just 1 bottle. I can get 2 same size bottles from Supagas for just a bit more than I was paying at .... for one bottle. The service is amazing, bottles there early. Jodie was excellent and nothing was too much problem to sort out. I can fully recommend this company so if with someone else and paying the earth change to Supagas and help out a friend who gets $10 off for recommending the company. Thank you

Jodie Feaver and her team at Supagas Lonsdale SA as well as Sally from WyMedical Myrtle Bank SA went above and beyond to ensure our first and second trip from Adelaide to Perth WA via plane (and return) with our baby boy who requires oxygen in flight and during our stay in Perth was smooth sailing and we had everything we required in flight and on arrival at the house we were staying. The service we received and understanding was exceptional and made travelling with a bubs on oxygen achievable. Thanks Jodie and Sally! From the VBs.

Has to be great service for me to bother with this, and it was. My gas ran out, Other supplier 1 week delivery and $360 for 2 bottles, Supagas, deliver today and $238 also for 2 bottles (inc discount) and yearly fee. My neighbours were right, I was previously being ripped off with substandard service. 1 week standard delivery for other supplier, and Supagas has (at least) next day delivery. And Jodie, lovely and amazing prompt service. Went over and above in getting the bottles delivered same day. Cannot say it enough, drop these scamartist suppliers and go for a company that offers real service and unbelievable prices....Supagas..

Changed homes and had supagas for some years jodie went ubove and beyond helping with changing my gas cylinders and reordering she is so elpfull polite funny and very patient I would recommend this company to anyone as I have already put my family onto supagas thankyou again jodie please stay working with them you area creditvxx
