Very friendly and helpful service from Rob and Carol all the time.They always guide you the best way for your postal needs, bill payments or even passport renewal. The best post office I know.

Best customer service ever. Friendly and caring staff, they know their customers by name. Happy to drive out of my zone to be served by them.

Excellent and fast service. Got my passport and photos done here and my passport was ready in less than 2 weeks. Happy with the service offered and the staff at the counter were extremely helpful and friendly.

So much better than the abysmal service you get at Montmorency, who have awful postal officers and poor customer service. Macleod is the complete opposite. Lovely, helpful staff and posties who actually deliver.

Whilst most staff are agreeable... there's this one man, slim, glasses, peppered hair, who is quite rude. I go in to drop parcels a lot, always greet him with a 'how are you?' which he ignores, ignores my reach for the receipt every time and slides it across the desk dismissing me. Wouldn't care so much if I wasn't in there all the time. I have goaded him into replying, saying hello, but he never remembers that it's easier to be nice and he ought to since he's in the business of serving customers. Hundred percent, the white guy behind me gets a 'G'day mate' as I'm leaving. It's the dark female thing. So disappointed every time, I shouldn't be so surprised.
