Used this place for 3 years without a problem. Quickly learnt that it's cheaper to have your shirts cleaned carefully by professionals than constantly damaging them with my washing machine.

Horrible experience 3rd times:-Lost item / laughing into my face when i was claim my item and said i'm wrong they did not loose anything..-Ironing shirts inside out!!!-Dry cleaned shirt has oil patch and very wrinkledI'm extremely disappointed and never going back again!Disgrateful service""

Brought in 2 IKEA bags of stuff to be washed. Owner refused to give us a price upfront. When we came back, he charged us $60, claiming that our two bags took up all 5 of his industrially-sized washers (hard to believe). When we came home, we noticed small holes and what looks like oil stains in our clothing that wasn’t there before. Overpriced AND they damaged our clothes!

Took an expensive pair of coloured cotton drill trousers stained with whitening toothpaste! They got it off for a ridiculously low price.. they are the best value and service in the neighborhood and have been here a long time.

I have been using this dry cleaners ever since I moved to Sydney and even though they have an old school system I have never had an issue. Shirts are always done perfectly. Would recommend over the chains around the corner as my few experiences with them have not been great

I used this place a few times without issues, but unfortunately had the worst experience the last time I went. When I arrived home from picking up my dry cleaning, I realized one piece was missing. I went back a few days later, explained that I was missing one piece and asked them if they could verify in the back as it was probably misplaced and forgotten. In response, I was laughed at, told I was lying and that they never made mistakes and, when I insisted that they at least verify, got told you go look yourself". I have rarely experienced such poor customer service

I've been using this establishment to clean my work shirts for over 4 years and never had any issues. They even managed to identify my name badge which I left on a shirt even though they have never known my name.
