St Stephen's Hospital

So far St. Stephens have been so kind, helpful & professional. I haven't had my opp. yet, ( that's in 2wks) but l know that will b going to b preformed to the highest standard.

A beautiful place to be when sick. I was on olsten ward. The nurses are so helpful. Kind and do anything to make a stay comfortable. The most caring DRs. The theatre people working so hard but gave time.The food and choices were exceptional i wished i was in longer to try the many dishes. First time in a hospital where the food comes to you hot.To the lovely young man bringing the drinks and clearing dishes with a smile..Thankyou you made my stay a pleasent experience

What a beautiful team at the day surgery from the reception to the nurses in recovery x I really felt like I was cared for and treated so beautiful xI was in a fair bit of pain and they were all so caring.Dr Wulf is very caring and such a beautiful soul. Thank you

Went to Rehab post my Bilateral knee replacement and it was the best decision I made. All staff - Nurses, Drs, Domestic,Kitchen, Allied Health should all be very proud of the service they provide. Their attitude, professionalism, friendliness and smiling faces(even the smiling assassins) made my stay worthwhile. Thank you all so much.

I had day surgery at St Stephens Hospital today and the staff, nurses and doctors were very informative, professional and would rate them perfect 10. They made my short stay as comfortable as possible and I couldn't be happier. All people involved in the hospital deserve my upmost respect and appreciation.

My stay in St Stephen's Hospital for my operation was made so much easier to endure by the treatment, kind gestures and smiles received by the beautiful staff. Compliments to the kitchen staff, the food was divine. Thank you all so very much, your care was greatly appreciated.

Wow, to find such an excellent hospital in Hervey Bay is a huge asset to the Bay. Privately operated, it hosts state of the art facilities, coupled to magnificaent staff and an awesome array of specialist medical staff. At ward level, the food was awesome, the nurses were at the top of their game and all the support staff such as cleaners, caterers etc were just so friendly. The rooms are well planned with ensuite access to toilets and showers, plenty of grab rails and lots of level access in the showers and to the toilets. Rooms equipped with screens to order your meals which gives you plenty of choice and time to plan ahead, special dietary needs are also catered for. The hospital is relatively new and well maintained, it's fresh, clinical and inviting for your stay. I have further operations planned and wouldnt hesitate to go back and would recommend anyone to consider it. Many thanks to the doctors, staff and support for your generosity during my last stay

WOW the friendliness and patient care and general support beyond words. The nurses that did the pre op review (Chris) and other beautiful nurses leading up to going into surgery (sorry I forgot to get your name) and then in recovery the angels included Belinda and Sona plus student nurses were a 10/10. it gave me great comfort to see how they managed covid safety issues and everyone was not only professional but so kind. Thank you to all the nurses and staff at St Stephens Hervey Bay.

This is the second time I have been to St Stephens. 3 and a half years ago I had double hip replacement. The surgeon, anaestheas, staff were excellent. I had day surgery today and nothing has changed. Thank you to all.
