Food is always good at subway and customer service was great especially with all the online orders the girls also had to get ready they looked quite run of there feet but still managed to keep the customers walking in orders through at a good pace

Love subway. Sick of this store it’s the only one closest to us that isn’t across town and always stuffing up our door dash orders. Always have to come in and pick up missing things and never get apologies for it. Always young workers on that are scared to say sorry or even talk to customers properly. Why is there no manager or supervisor around, not good service at all.

This subway is terrible , the shift super is aware of how terrible this subway is , they have a phone number but don't bother ringing , they don't have a phone in store, the young girls are terribly trained in making something as simple as a sandwhich with the ingredients you request, don't order through doordash , door dash is just as terrible communication wise , go to a different subway in the area , the Clinton subway is the worst , they will be out of business soon , kinda defeats the purpose of having a business that makes sandwiches if they can't yet sandwiches right, I blame management and there terrible ability to train staff, I get the feeling the girl there is embarrassed to work at such a bad example of a subway,Do better subway Clinton, your ruining the brand of subway in general.

They didn't ask me what meatballs i wanted and made them hotsauce meatballs i didnt even know there was multiple kinds perhaps ask what kind the person wants just so people are fully aware

Young Guy by the name of Tai, has been working there for weeks and clearly still hasn't had any training. Absolutely shocking sandwiches everytime, and always charged incorrectly. Maybe take notice of your staff and put in some time to teach them before you put them out serving customers. Tragic.

Been to Clinton sub maybe 100 times in the last 10years but today got a very slow service. I understand staff are hard to get in today's job market, but???, at lunch rush you need people that can hustle. The lettuce was less than eat fresh" also. Still a well sorted sub store

We went today waited areal long time for service they were very slow one girl stood there having her social life at work while getting paid for it.while the other 2 girls tried there best but were not very good I will never go back

No calls were going through, as soon as you would dial it would say call ended. Not only on my phone but multiple phones, don't know if it was something to do with our area or not. We were calling to cancel an online order that was ordered to the wrong store and were unable to.

Im not one to usually complain but I have ordered there both by doordash and in store and 90% of the people just dont care. Ive mostly had a bad time with DoorDash, ive paid for extras such as double cheese and double meat that havent been added which im happy to let go if it was once but its been a fair amount of times now, ive ended up spending up to $15 for extras that i dont get over the past month and a bit. Really need to step it up guys.
