Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Collingwood Park

The difference between my daughters prior childcare centre and Imagine Collingwood Park is unimaginable!We toured so many centres and this team was definitely the most welcoming and most excited to greet my baby into their centre! They are so welcoming and friendly and it definitely helped her settle in quickly.Miss Sonam, Miss Ebony and Miss Jo all of Nursery 2 are so kind and so welcoming to my girl and definitely helped our family with the transition into daycare! My daughter absolutely loves them. Every photo update I receive on kindyhub show her with a great big smile playing with the educators and other kids.Couldn’t recommend this centre more, they are absolutely lovely :)

I really wanted to love this place. My son went here from the start and while the toys are by far the best we have seen in any centre the staff turn over is really bad. We also have had a huge problem with sickness and it has caused my boy to have to go in to hospital and undergo a major lung procedure. When returning after 7 weeks off the centre notifies us when we entered his room a child in his room has a cough that’s “chesty” and just giving him the heads up. It’s disappointing they fail to honor their own health and safety procedure, on this day they choose to keep a sick child in the centre. My son also requires extra learning support and staff have never been able to tell me what he does for the day with stories usually coming out after 5pm or even days late. I have to remind myself they are not an early learning daycare so in their defence they never said they were. I guess I just expected too much from a Centre. I am now left without care in the busiest time in aviation for the year. To say I am devastated is really an understatement.

My little one has been attending for about a year now and is absolutely thriving in the environment provided by this wonderful childcare centre. I love the updates we receive of the daily activities with photos, as well as the information about what they have been learning and doing during the day. The peace of mind of not having to prepare lunches as all meals are provided is an incredible bonus, not to mention the coffees for parents of a morning if you take a coffee cup in (the centre has a wonderful initiative to use, reduce and recycle). They also have an amazing rewards program, so parents points to redeem on gift vouchers of their choosing, which is fabulous!

While not every child care centre is a great fit for every family, we were incredibly thankful for finding Imagine, and it was perfect for us. It was our third attempt to find a centre we were comfortable with in the area. We started the second week it opened in Jan 2022, and our child graduated after the full year this past January going into Prep. There was some staff turnover, just like every other Kindy, but communication was always clear and the director for the majority of our enrolment, Miss Rhiannon, was a delight. We don’t have enough good things to say about our experience here. Thanks so much!

Friendly staff, multicultural and culturally inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. My son loves this daycare and the teachers.

My daughter is thriving at this centre. She had been to others before and it was actually so sad at drop off. She started with problems due to this and a year later has no problems at all. Drop offs used to be so hard on all of us, but now, she runs off barely even saying goodbye she loves it so much. This makes my heart so full knowing she is loving everyday at the centre. I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff are so lovely and my daughter has grown so much from going here.

Hmmm it was good. but my son got sick twice on the 3 weeks of being there. Got a chest infection also on his last week too. I don’t know what my son was doing there to have gotten sick. It’s unusual for him to get sick twice especially in that small time frame.

We joined this centre a month ago and could not be more happy. The educators are always doing everything they can to support the childrens learning and emotional needs. I love that I can leave my daughter knowing she is not only playing and learning but also getting all the cuddles and emotional support she needs aswell.

Perfect daycare for my son.I have had difficulty finding a good daycare for my son. There has always been issues with the staff instability, not agreeing with their method or curriculum… or my son was just simply appeared to be unable to thrive in them.Since we have come to this centre, we have seen a huge improvement in all areas and I think most importantly… he really seems to be enjoying himself.The staff are amazing and don’t rely on YouTube to babysit the kids with baby shark.
