Dealt with only Vipul for sales and Colin for install.Both personally went to extra lengths to ensure a pleasant and smooth transaction.I shopped around, and although Balcatta was a further option, Vipul's service could not be matched.This didn't vanish once payment was made. Their after sales service has also been great. Cheers.
