I got to the store within minutes of closing needing a couple of items but desperately needing wiper blades. Not wanting to waste staff time I was prepared to leave without the blades, but the salesperson insisted on helping and found me the best wipers at the best price. 10 out of 10

They had what I needed and right through the door I bumped into a staff member who knew where the item was and took me right to them. Friendly and helpful. The place has a huge selection of stock across lots of different car related things. Dashcams, mats, tools, oils, parts, batteries, trailer bits, seat covers etc.

I forget the staff members name but he was fantastic in helping my partner and I. He also helped my usually anxious partner find the part she needs and how to identify to correct part without me if she visits any Supercheap auto.Amazing service.

Disappointed is the least to say very poor management. I hold a trade card and I do not think I would continue to buy from this store again. The store manager leaves training staff by themself at the counter and they makes mistakes and get left by themselves. I bought something and went to the car and realized it was the wrong part brought it back immediately and they told me it was too early to return as the records have not yet updated took a long time and gave me the wrong receipt at the end had to wait even longer for someone else to come from the back and produce a receipt. Later I had to return another item I bought in that lot went back to the store within 2 days and this time they could not find the receipt in the trade account again. The sales person wanted to push me aside to service others he kept calling the manager and had to wait 10mins for someone to come to the front to help him. I would recommend to avoid this store at all costs.

Rang up supercheap spoke to a guy named Adrian was such a great and caring guy who called me back very quickly to let me know if they had the part i needed for car stereo he was so helpful would recommend him if you need help with car stuff I hope his boss realises what a great worker he is thanks from kj
