I went to store picked up my items and guy at the back was very rude then I walked to front counter and front counter guy didn’t even say hello in fact when I said to him good morning he didn’t respond.

Went in to store to buy a air compressor.... pulled a few out to look at ... went up to counter to ask for assistance and they walked away .... spotted three slumped on cash registers looking my way but still no help so I left and on way out a lady very obviously pregnant did say goodbye .... So I went to ABLE SALES ... brilliant service and a great deal .....

Some parts come from eastern states so it does take some time but the guys over here are not only cute, they helped me with my purchases and exchanging of items. No questions asked. Starting to be my new haunt.

Went in to check out some cordless tools. Found a nice 6 piece combo, and was deciding if I should buy or not.One of the friendly staff said if I buy today he will throw in an extra battery free as well as some promo gear.Top kit and excellent service.Will be a return customer for sure!

Really struggle to get satisfactory service at Total Tools Kewdale. I call in to the store, and they always seem to have limited stock. I mean, they have 100 different hammers, but try to buy 3 boxes of staples, or Brads.Usually, I either have to choose an alternative, or go away empty handed. So I buy from them online, but then get a message that the goods have to come from ex east and I have to wait 6 weeks to get what I ordered. And then you ask for an invoice. 3 pages of paper for a 2 item order. I'd be better off going to Blackwoods.

Usually go here for power tools and get pretty decent service but went earlier this week and got served by a new guy who was younger and he didn’t seem that bothered with being helpful, even slightly attitudey which I put down to his age. I was spending over $1000 and do so quite regularly. Either some serious training is needed or a review of their recruitment process.

Before starting my review, I noticed all the other reviews commenting on the exceptional customer service from this team. This was so pleasing to see! As I've never visited this store in person, yet their online communication and customer service was above and beyond. My online order had a tool that was mega-delayed! Whilst I was happy to wait, I did enquire 2 months later to check in on it and they offered a solution (replacement item) that was way above my expectations and was so unexpected! Am very grateful!! Thankyou this means a lot and I'll visit in-store for sure soon!

Have been a customer of Total Tools for many years now. I recently had a warranty issue with a product and Michael from the Kewdale branch handled the issue in a very professional manner. Very impressed with his customer service skills. Well done!
