I am having a great experience with Trish and her Team... All of them know what they are doing and the one that got me surprise of their service is they text me each time the rent goes into my account,, no other agent which i know does offer this service. Secondly the way they handle inspection was great. They email me the report with photos and comment which i don't get these with my other properties. They are very efficient in what they are doing.
