Chapter House’s exemplary reviews are well deserved.In January, my father passed, and after looking at a number of companies, my fiancé chose Chapter House after speaking with Troy (at 2am no less). Their service is faultless.Chapter House truly understands the significance of tailored services when dealing with the death of a loved one, especially when their passing is unexpected or sudden. It was my family’s strong desire that my father wanted a small, quiet ceremony, and Troy understood this and delivered exactly what we needed. Every detail was in accordance with our wishes.Chapter House took care of all the detail and greatly minimised the number of things we had to deal with in those first incredibly difficult days. Troy was available whenever we needed him, and communicates with empathy and compassion. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Having someone who really understands the importance of a beautiful ceremony and the opportunity to say goodbye to a loved one on your terms was absolutely integral. I would never hesitate to go to Chapter House again, and have referred others.I can never thank Troy and his partners enough for the grace and care they showed my family in one of the hardest times of our lives.

To lose someone you love is heart breaking. Then to be faced with having to choose a funeral home to take your loved one away to start the funeral arrangements is a difficult step to take. All the while hoping your loved one will be shown care, respect and dignity by the funeral directors.I knew my sister needed this hope to become a reality when she lost her husband and childhood sweet heart of 30 years. I recommended Chapter House because I have seen first hand how Troy and Steve work and I know their job is more than work, it's a passion.One call to Troy and he took the first step and organised his team to have my Brother-in-law taken into Chapter Houses care.Troy continued to gently guide my sister and her children every step of the way. The funeral service was a beautiful tribute to my sisters husband. The final step at the conclusion of the refreshments was when Steve walked my sister, nephew and niece to their car. They were sensitive, empathetic, and they were always ready to answer any queries that we had. Very professional throughout. I was recently entrusted to organise the details of my late father in laws funeral. Having never organised a funeral before within the first 30 seconds of speaking to Troy I found him to be genuinely empathetic and caring and reassured me that he would guide us through the process, which immediately set my mind at ease.Throughout the days that followed Chapter House, made every step straightforward and as stress free as could be possible in the situation. Troy answered all my questions and uncertainties promptly and was always available. Chapter House provided the perfect memorial service and wake for our Uncle - they listened to who our Uncle was and understood what we saw as a fitting sendoff. Troy was caring and professional and so approachable throughout. I wanted to express our gratitude for the wonderful team at Chapter House, especially Troy, William and Steve. We lost our baby recently and though one of the most traumatic experiences of loss, we were able to find closure with Troy taking care of everything to have baby picked up, cremated and returned to us at no charge.
