Great people to work with from start to finish. The sales man was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the correct ducted system. The installers were excellent and left the house clean after installation. Would highly recommend.

I had my system quoted, but could not proceed first for more than a year. After I went back to them for an update, the system was up and running within one week and even the price came down just a little! Didn't have to wait for promises, got what I wanted off the shelf, for probably one of the best prices on the market. Thank you very much!

Friendly staff and easy enough to contact for support, but the quality of their work was very poor for me.They rushed the installation job with lots of shortcuts. I found ducts hanging free in the roof after 2 days, they didn't use a licensed plumber, and they had to come back and completely remove and re-install the new Braemar evaporative air con twice before it was even close to being functional. Neither the plumbing nor the electrical work was completed to Australian Standards.Most of the mistakes they made were clearly described in the installation manual that comes with the unit.MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE QUALITY OF WORK BEFORE YOU PAY! Also ask for a COC (certificate of compliance) for any electrical or plumbing work. This is a requirement in Australia.

Did a great job all round, very happy with the installation provided by Andy! and the sales service provided by Neil and the rest of the team involved, they showed up on time, did a great job then made follow-up calls to ensure I was happy with the installation and the AC was functioning correctly. Have already recommended to friends seeking new AC installs!

I finally got around to replacing my split system in my unit and spoke to Kieran Shiell from Rite Price Clovelly Park.From the get go, he was helpful, informative, and sorted me with a new system at an absolutely fantastic price.Kieran came out to my property and quoted the install within the day, and by the end of the next week I had my new air-conditioner.The gentlemen who came out to do the install were very quick and worked like clockwork together to get the job done. Hassan (spelling or the whole name might be wrong) called me to let me know they were at my place and while I did ask for a half-hour ETA before they rocked up, they didn't, but the 4 of them waited on my lawn patiently until I got home to open the property.Hassan & Co were a good lot of dudes who had a laugh with me, answered my endless questions, and they even tidied up after themselves. I went out the back afterwards and there was not a spot I had to do - just the dusting on the inside!The entire process was seamless and I am very happy with my new unit! It works very well, does exactly what I want it to do, and has a myriad of fun features (even though the wifi app for it is so ugly, Braemar ain't bad.)Cheers boys! Will recommend.

Rite Price were very professional from the initial consultation right through to installation. I got quotes from several companies and Rite Price's was the best by far. Very happy with the new split system.

We were very pleased with the quote we received from Andrew. The air conditioner was installed well and in the time frame promised. We would definitely use Rite Price Heating and Cooling in the future.

Quality installation with Mitsubishi Reverse Cycle unit. Price was reasonable and work done professionally. Removed old evap unit and covered hole in roof with spare tiles. Would recommend their work.

Cannot recommend the rite price team highly enough! Paul and the man that did the trade inspection pre install were honest and upfront about what we could and couldn't do with the roof space we had, pricing was good, and work completed by Andy and the team was done in a timely, efficient manner, quite an impressive feat considering the amount of work they had to do! We really appreciate it, no more suffering through 40 degree days!
