Surfcoast Wellness Rooms

I’m 59, and my only regret about this place, is that I didn’t find it years earlier. These wellness rooms are not only inviting visually, but do everything they promise. I’m finally taking charge of my own health, and moving away from the medical side of medications. I’m hitting the holistic approach full on. The salt rooms are sensational. Bianca the owner is just beautiful and so accommodating with all your requests. Kim the reiki master is just gorgeous and has such a wonderful soul. Being in this venue, just makes sense and it’s beyond relaxing!!! Can’t speak highly enough of this place and want to shout it from the rooftops!!!! There’s something here for everyone, from the float tank, to the infrared sauna and so much more. Seriously do yourself a favour for YOU!!!!!

Warm, relaxed and friendly, Surfcoast Wellness is the perfect space to rest during a busy week. Since visiting the salt rooms, my sinus headaches have improved and my skin has never looked so good! Thanks to Chrissie and the team for always being so welcoming - excited to try out the new float and infra-red sauna soon!

Torquay locals are lucky to have this place to themselves! I had float and sauna sessions during the summer holidays and wish I lived closer. It's a beautiful space and the owner was really lovely too.

I’ve been going to Surf Coast wellness rooms and using the infrared sauna to keep me warm this winter! I always look forward to my sessions and feel like my body craves it now. Chrissie is warm and welcoming and easy to reach and communicate with. I’m looking forward to trying a float next! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a bit of R&R and quiet time.

I am a frequent visitor of the rooms and i am so impressed by the energy this place has. They are LGBTQI+ friendly, they have wheelchair access and the owner herself meets and greets everyone with nothing but love and empathy.My favourite place on the surf coast without a doubt.

Amazing!! I love this place and the owner, Bianca, is such a beautiful soul. Love the energy, your shoulders drop as soon as you walk in the door. I love the range of services available and have now become a regular. You should all do yourself a favour. :)

I want to say a BIG thank you to Chrissie and the team who were so wonderful and helpful in planning a surprise hens day! The girls all LOVED the salt, sauna, float, massage and our private yoga session! What an incredible way to relax before the wedding - highly recommend for a hens day, birthday or ladies pamper day!!!

Had a fantastic experience in the salt room & infrared sauna. Chrissie was very welcoming and had a lovely chat with her in between using the two rooms, she didn’t even use that time we were speaking as my time in the sauna.Amazing rates to use the facility’s , can’t recommend enough.Thank you Chrissie!

The owner Bianca is one of the most kind, welcoming and compassionate people I’ve ever met! This place is breathtaking and I will be making the 3 hour travel monthly just for this place! Couldn’t recommend enough! 100/10

This place is great. The owner is down to earth and made me feel at home. Kristina, gave me a fantastic massage and I feel great. I tried the float tank, which was amazing and I have never felt more relaxed. Highly recommend.
