Kathryn was amazing to deal with, so knowledgeable and happy to assist with any query big or small. Kathryn is always super detailed with her responses, very professional and happy to help. I had a few hiccups on the other end of my settlement however Kathryn had an impossible situation turned around in a day and allowed me to still settle when I needed too, Kathryn always made sure I was in the loop and offered ways to approach different situations. Better late than never for review!Kathryn and Bill has helped me with 2 properties for conveyancing. 1st one was for Ballarat. As 1st investment property, I was very nervous, but Kathryn was very easy and fast to work with. So we decided to use the service for our 2nd IP up in Shepparton. Could not have asked for a better experience with Laura and Kathryn at Mountain Ranges.
