We have had computers custom built, had upgrades made, had other computers repaired and we are always so well taken care of and kept up to date through the whole process. We cannot fault the team at Computer Works.

A particular employee there, by the name of Jason - avoid him at all costs. Broke a power button when replacing a back panel and tried to GLUE it back to the motherboard. Left me without a laptop for upwards of a week. Poor technical knowledge and skill, and absolutely unhelpful. Did not even answer my calls. Had to miss university assignments. Avoid going here. Plenty of good computer shops that aren't as crooked as these people.

Excellent service. Have been to them multiple times. Have also been to other places in Townsville which have been very mediocre. They are excellent diagnosticians and actually fix the problem. Above all else they are honest and reliable and don't capitalise on your lack of indepth knowledge. Thank you.

I would advise against using this company - sadly they were very unresponsive and ignored all contact attempts until we were forced to reach out via social media. Very unprofessional and rude.

They have been good in the past but at the moment we are waiting for a fan to be fixed in the computer was told it was ready went to pick up and they are still waiting for the fan tried ringing their phone number and it rang out 4 times a day over the last 2 days
