I went to Freedom Patios because I was a past customer and happy with their work.This experience left me somewhat unhappy with their management of the project. From the salesperson who didn't know the council regulations, quoted us a great price, then the amendment came through at almost double the price due to council approval and certifier fees (we were told we didn't need them for our job), to lack of feedback from the office, to unanswered email requests.Very happy with the quality of the work. Very unhappy with their lack of knowledge and feedback.
