I’ve been with Core Control Physiotherapy for over six years. Philippa has seen me through two births and beyond. She is an excellent physiotherapist with specialty in pre and post natal care. Philippa provides professional advice which has helped me recover from a number of issues. Her classes are exceptional and cater to all ability levels. She is friendly and nurturing and focuses on holistic care.

I would highly recommend seeing Philippa for pelvic instability pre and post natal. She has helped me manage my pelvic instability through two pregnancies and now onto my third. Each time I have been able to feel like I had returned to my ‘normal’ self, which seemed impossible at times. To be able to, and confidently resume regular exercise was a real milestone each time. With a broad background as a practitioner, Philippa is able to take a holistic approach to her recovery strategies. Thank you again

Phillipa is a friendly and professional practitioner. I came to her with post pregnancy pelvic instability and pelvic floor issues that I feared I was stuck with for life! I came first for treatment, then joined her clinical pilates group with excellent results. Many years (and another pregnancy later), I still attend because it is so good for me. Thank you Phillipa! You have made a huge difference in my life!

Highly recommended seeing Phillippa for pelvic floor related issues, she is super friendly and extremely professional with a wide range of knowledge. I'm currently doing her clinical pilates classes which are amazing and personalised to each client and their injuries. I only wish I had come across Phillipa during my pregnancy which may have prevented some of the issues I'm having now.If you have been putting off seeing a specialised physiotherapist for your pelvic floor I highly recommend you call Phillippa and book an appointment today.
