We have been using IP computers for more than 15 years. Service has always been exceptional and has always gone above and beyond to help when we have need things done urgently.I dont think there is anything the Jack cant fix.

朋友介绍我去了这家店，但是老板是个大忽悠。换个屏幕，别人家都是先预定，然后把电脑送过去等一个小时就可以取了，这家店非让我把电脑留在他们那好几天，还故弄玄虚的说有可能这个不好有可能那个不好。忽悠我开车一个小时去了，又非让留电脑。我问他换屏幕需要多长时间，他说半个小时到一个小时。我说我先付钱，等屏幕到了我再送过来等换好再走，他说什么都不行。不知道他葫芦里卖的什么药。大家要小心，不必要非要留电脑的情况不要给他，可能他要做什么见不得人的坏事，给你换了件你都不知道。

Had 3 problems and just got back, plugged in and all fixed. Jack is knowledgeable, efficient, fair and, as a bonus, interesting. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Just got back from another visit to Jack, this time with an old desktop I was going to replace as it was getting a bit slow and clunky. Jack had a look and for a third of the price of a replacement and less then 24 hours, it's better than new and will do everything I need for a few years more. Hassle free. Excellent.

A very good place to get your work done. Had taken my laptop there for repairs a couple of days ago. The Manager, Mr. Jack Wang, was so polite, professional, and straight-forward. He explained to me clearly what the problem with my laptop was and charged a reasonable amount for the repair work. Additionally, despite it being the end of the year, he returned the machine to me with all work done by the end of the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a thorough and professional service experience.

My husband and his family have been seeing Jack for a while now, and I was finally introduced to him yesterday as I needed a computer for work purposes.
