Ever since using Stephen for the servicing/repairs of my work car, life has become less stressful. He is always willing to go out of his way to get me back on the road quicker. His is very reasonably priced and professional. Would highly recommend him to anyone with mechanical/air conditioning problems with there car.

I’m a Tassie girl currently in Melbourne during my difficult time and I recently encountered a problem for my Toyota RAV4 after the installation of a new battery for it which could not be identified or fixed by either RACV or Melbourne City Toyota. However, I have been so fortunate to have received such great service and very kind help at Complete Automotive Solutions.It was certainly very challenging to find out where the existing short circuit was on my RAV4. Stephen spent hours to work overtime for diagnosing on my RAV4 and this fault was finally identified and resolved. So that I would not need to worry about the safety when I’m going to drive my RAV4 for a long distance in a few days. Stephen is such a nice and professional person to understand my difficult situation and his auto electrical technical level should be the best in Melbourne.I cannot praise Stephen highly enough; he has done a great job to have fixed such a challenging problem for my RAV4. I had my starter motor replaced, air conditioning system checked and rear discs/brakes replaced. Steve is an amazing guy and got all the work done quickly. He communicates issues clearly and quotes really well with affordable prices. No surprises and an awesome workmanship.

Brought my Nissan S14 to Steve who took care of everything. Post service, the car was running great with squeaks in the suspension fixed and gone, the break pads replaced, and no more stalling at idle.This was all done at a good price for the labor. A special mention is needed to how quick everything was done! My car was up and running within 24 hours!Really really pleased with the experience!

I came across Stephen when I had an urgent brake issue in the middle of Stage 4 lockdown. I was grateful as I am an essential worker he picked up the phone straight away and was able to meet me same day. He was very upfront and honest in what was wrong. I ended up needing new brakes amongst other things and he fixed my car so quickly so I could be back on the road the next day. Excellent service and very well priced. I would highly recommend Stephen it’s hard to find a good mechanic.

I dropped in to see if they could help with a leaking ac gas problem. Steve diagnosed it on the spot and fixed it straight away! Amazing service, clean workshop, nice guy. I'll be using them again and recommending.
