This is one of the best boss I have ever seen, when my daughter was crying nearby this shop, the gentleman ( I guess he is the owner of the shop) walked toward us, and gave my daugher 2 lollies to calm her down. How friendly he is. highly recommend!

I went into this store today and it was fantastic. Had every spice you could imagine. I would also like to mention the outstanding customer service. The young lady who served us (I didn’t catch her name) was so helpful and friendly. She is an amazing asset to your business.

This is by far one of the best collections of spices you can find in a single store anywhere.They have an amazing verity of spices and mixed spices.As well a lot of Middle Eastern foods, nuts, herbs, sweets, breads etc.The young lady who served us was very lovely and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.The gentleman there was just as lovely. As a result we walked out broke.I would go back there again once I have consumed the next 5 years of spices we just bought. Well worth it.

Very very rude customer service in front of the nuts section. I’m not going there anymore. They should trained there staff about the good customer service.Very disappointed.

The traditional sweets (baklava in all types) were the most terrible I ever ate they were not made by a quality butter as they are made by Greeks and Turkish but from cheap oil they didn’t have any taste ! I’m a chef I’m sick of paying and eating rubbish!I want to say to all these businesses people here at Australia that at the end of the day everything is not just money but we have to bring the quality back!As well the man which served me was a bit rude and nervousJust disgusting

Rude customer service from the man at the front at the nuts today. He sounded annoyed at us and looks like he didn't want to be there. Very dissapointed at this mans behaviour.
