Went for piercing jewellery lady was helpful the only problem I have was she was off (sick) no mask coughed into her hand and continued to handle my jewellery.

My not even 2 year old son had a haircut the other day and its absolutly shocking not straight. His fringe goes up and down and it looks like it's been hacked off. For a $25 KIDS HAIRCUT for a child UNDER 2 it was very Upsetting deffinatly wont be returning anytime soon.

I have long hair, went in and specifically asked that she cut my hair in a V, not square and layer my hair. I also said I must be able to put my hair in a hairclip. She did not listen at all and cut my hair in a short bob. Absolutely the opposite of what I wanted. I am normally very happy with my haircuts but am a bit devastated atm to be honest.

I rang for an appt to get my daughters long straight hair trimmed, i was glad to be able to have the appt at my requested time but then I asked how much it would be...... $60 for a kids trim! I asked why and was told she had to have a wash and dry off. I said she wouldn't need it washed, we'd never had to before, i was told there was no choice so I cancelled the appt. Pity because we love Steven who works there, but not that much.

I don't know much to say. Quality is bad with what they do and their ear peircings cost 55 dollars. Booked in for hair on James for just 30 dollars.

Very bad service and bad communication. Being a full time worker and a single mum it’s not easy to turn up into an appointment and expecting that your hair is gonna be done, I washed my hair and iron it for them to have easy access to cut my hair. I walked in into their store for my appointment and the lady sitting at the front disk with her phone doing nothing, and when I told her that I have an appointment at 0430 she told me that the hair dresser was sick. I said I haven’t get a notification that it’s been cancelled. I think that was very rude and abrupt when she told me that their are a lot of people who doesn’t replied. Well, I am not those people, I turned up on my appointment rain or shine. Very bad service.
